Being an avid online shopper myself as well as the Founder of online clothing boutique, Sunkissed the Collective I certainly feel as though I know a thing or two about buying clothing online.
For me personally, what I love about online shopping is the convenience of being able to shop from the comfort of your very own home (in my case, often with wine glass in hand) as well as the quick and easy access to browsing thousands and thousands of products. I also generally find that another bonus of shopping online is that I get to pick-up styles that perhaps I wouldn’t have discovered in the shops which means my wardrobe gets a fresh injection of newness (awesome)!!
Set amongst the magical streets of Havana in Cuba, the lookbook for Auguste’s latest collection Havana Nights is one of our favourites from the label yet. We love how the photographer Trevor King has beautifully captured the magic of the Cuban streets and how perfectly Auguste’s designs suit the pastel filled and rustic backdrop of Cuba.
Every February, cupids bow strikes and on the 14th of the month we celebrate Valentine’s Day and that special someone in our life. Whether or not you have a special someone in your life, its hard not to get caught up in the commotion around the day of love and all the gift giving that goes on.
As inspiration for what to wear on Valentine’s Day, we have put together a few outfit ideas for you.
To us, the model featured in Skye and staghorn’s latest campaign (Taken by the Tide), Matilda Andersson is the total epitome of what the Sunkissed girl looks like; glowing and radiant, effortlessly beautiful and cute as a button. We love that she has been featured in Skye and stahorn’s latest campaign and that she appears as warm and genuine on the inside as she is on the outside (you can check out her Instagram here).
If you live in Australia then you will know that each year on the 26th January, most of us are given the day off to celebrate all things Australian. This could mean celebrating with a picnic in the park with friends, or a day by the sea getting sunkissed and salty or perhaps something a little more formal like a long lunch at a favourite restaurant or simply a day of rest and relaxation (insert…hammock and favourite book).
The perfect Australia Day for us usually means rising early for a morning swim in the sea followed by a coffee and yummy breakfast and then a picnic with friends by the sea or a long lunch with friends at one of our favourite local hang-outs.
